Did Maxis ask you to stay with them? NO.
Did maxis point a gun to you and ask you to stay with them? NO.
Did maxis tell you in the contract that you will get the best ever plan if you are loyal? NO.
So what's your argument?

If others can offer you better rate, just go. Why wait? People change their job for better salary, and if you pandai pandai be so damn loyal and company dont pay you as high as others, then it's the company fault?

If you are a damn good employee, then your company will counter you to stay.

So TS, what's the benefit of being LOYAL? Anything written in the contract?

wow ...blame game started ... now blame to CRM... well ... CRM system's setting also configured by human or "business team" which need to make the so called "decision" on the CRM setting before it can be roll out to on system ....

cmon..maxis....just do a public statement, say sorry and begin to fixed the problem ... like that ... netizen will fell much more appreciated ... rather than just beat around the bush and say different excuses ....

Who will support a product that because someone is bashing it? I assumed you are their loyalty customer based on this comment. Sorry if it is wrong. Anyway, i feel it is naive if you are not loyal customer and you support it without a reason.
Sorry if it hurts you but i won't further comment whatever you do. Support or port out, it is power of us, as the customers.

when u sign up any plan with telco...technically the form u filled and signed is the contract u mutually agreed upon...
not happy wit it? shd not sign in first place...

just like ppl now signing up for celcom...new plan service subscribed, thats a service contract agreed between u n celcom...
not happy....terminate if u can...or with penalty....thats all...

yup one of them is my brother....he just got home today and I ask about his internet..he said sometimes ok sometimes very very lag..altho his phone indicates 4g but to load facebook page took a while.
