i also been with Maxis 10yrs+ & nvr proud of it or ask for better treatment, i feel expensive i call for plan adjustment & get cheaper deal tats it

and NONE OF YOUR FUCKING BUISINESS (not saying to u x-frame) I stay with Maxis

if im not using too much data ~3GB /mth, Celcom first gold is quite ok right since got unlimited call to all network, but digi can use spotify with no data charge

the package is same just that discounted different amount
not that Maxis has to call each subscribers for cheaper plan unless they willing to do it for all in the system then it'll b great, dream on..

y not think as customized package for old customers which diff from advertised packages, its ok to do so wa

if old customer stay with existing package & not contacted for cheaper offer ofcos they'll keep paying more, and u think celcom/digi etc will contact ALL their subs as well?

let say RM50 per account xtra profit thats 50mil for every 1mil subscribers, wow.. nice

i mnp to celcom, i can tell u celcom is rubbish, data dropping, keep switching 3g-4g, tried inside a few buildings no line at all, high speed my ass, speed test show great bandwidth but load web pages slow like shit

i rather pay more to maxis, i get steady connection most of the time
