QUOTE(shagalot @ Mar 16 2016, 10:06 PM) Since competitor offering is better, you have nothing to loose by porting out... if they call, bonus, if they dont call, just go over, you are loosing out for not going over.. Indeed, just port out and don't care about the special plan, they are like robbing you of RM50+ for each month you wait. I just ported to Digi, good riddance. On side note, you can always come back if they ever offer a better plan(with no double standards). |

Being in the stupid One Club has zero benefit for me, they dont give device discounts, they dont give discounts on services, so, for me, there is no use, no point being a loyal customer to them while they dont appreciate...

I was pissed off because when my girlfriend tried to port out, it took us about 2 weeks, failed on 3 attempts, after the first one failed, we resubmitted the request called them to double check our confirmation, each time they said it has been received but always end up failing, then they give excuses and say it may take up to 1 week to port out, damn, Digi's side only give us 24 hours to settle confirmation. At last, we visited their and told them in the face to settle it. Then only they plug the sim card into a retro phone to send the confirmation SMS and did it on the spot. We end up losing 2 weeks of Digi paid superscription and have to pay Maxis prorated usage. So after confirming her phone has good coverage and no issue with Digi, I also ported out 1 week later. |

Can't wait to port out from Maxis, but still chain with contract for 9 more months. By the end of this year, good bye Maxis.

QUOTE(vuetnam @ Mar 18 2016, 03:10 AM) My contract till next yr. Tapi last monday i just go sunway pyramid maxis centre and cancel contract on the spot Lol, I pay RM2,121.80 to terminate zerolution contract at the centre (Actually device price) and then i got a bill shock on the next month because my bill include device price gst ( maxis one 158 plan + device gst) = RM391.85 total bill. I still don't know how they total it. Already pay RM279 ( RM93 x 3 mth) for their device zerolution fee.Termination penalty-RM220.20 QUOTE(petanipadi @ Mar 18 2016, 05:42 AM) Thanks for the advice. I will definitely go to Maxis Centre soon. Can also port out at the same day? Yep you can port out on the same day. Maxis centre told my brother, he need to wait 2 hours to port out, but he just port out to celcom exactly right after that. |
