am ok with maxis all this while even during the #maxiscrisis....but why got filtering and give out special treatment only to those 4 states (sorry earlier typo wrote 2 only  doh.gif ) ...felt bias and left out..if really appreciate customer then all should be treated equally and not for sabah, sarawak, terengganu and kelantan..

because maxis got very little customer in sarawak. all the infra gone to waste.
majority people use digi/celcom.

Think April it was that I went to maxis center in TTDI on my statement date to close my account. I remember very well that I had made it very clear to the counter girl that I wanted to transfer out of maxis and sign up with celcom. I asked her to check what was the total outstanding amount I had to pay and I then paid on the spot. I thought that was it.

You can imagine how pissed off i was when out of the blue about 2 months later one of their debt collectors sent me a letter telling me that I still had an outstanding balance and demanded that I paid up within 7 days, failing which they would take legal action against me!!!  vmad.gif  vmad.gif  vmad.gif

After many exchanges of email between me and maxis account manager(?), he finally agreed to give me a discount after half admitting that it was their girl's fault that all these misunderstanding happened. To get it off my mind, I had decided not to argue with them further but to pay the discounted amount.  bangwall.gif  bangwall.gif  bangwall.gif

Just imagine, few minutes ago, someone from the same debt collector called me and told me that I still have an outstanding amount!!!  WTF!!!!! I really feel like strangling somebody!!! mad.gif  vmad.gif  ranting.gif

In my entire life, I had never dealt with a lousier company!!! They are really useless!!!

I had been a Maxis customer since their inception until few months ago and in fact I was contemplating of going back to Maxis cos I prefer their signal strength BUT AFTER WHAT JUST HAPPENED, I SWEAR, FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE, I'LL NEVER EVER WANT TO BE A MAXIS CUSTOMER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Funny thing.. it happen to celcom too. my mom kena when closing account. damn furious
