maxis really no hope..
3 mobiles, house phone fix line home internet all oso maxis i loyal more than 20yrs... until today no special package and no special offer worst is house internet still using 1mb macam zaman batu, sumore k not upgrade...oposite road got unifi.. i call maxis, asked maxis, submit to maxis did everything to request add port pull fiber they donwan... but control this area with infra so bad and all other provider canot masuk... find puchong YB , complain facebook, log ticket ( i have soooooooooooooo many tickets wit maxis ) until now still no news...all tak boleh harap.... duno political reason or corporate conflict or no under table money or watever... ding dong ding dong with tm.. 5yrs oredi pass bulu oso tarak... now i open facebook go brush teeth comeback desktop ony finish load page.. ask somethin from them ages oso canot get 1 day late payment, collection everyday call and followup oredi... bad servis = dont expect good respond confirm customer big bos no care shaking leg from money enjoying life all the low salary kicimiao call centre agent face the angry customers wawasan 2020 confirm failed oredi... if i am osama i will bom maxis and rogol the ceo wit tupperware mobilephone and yes, tis is how pissed i am bcoz giant telco canot provide an itsi bitsi tini mini request from a sohai user like me... maxis sux the way they treat customers. customer service ipoh offered me rm98 for 5gb even tho i knew about the rm68 one. their excuse is the rm68 one has a 2-year contract. what a lie!

More statistics...
In the past 20 hours since they posted that official statement on FB, they have close to 2,000 "angry" reactions and close to 1,500 comments, most of which are not good and some of which has been deleted by their admin. I really wonder how good is the "data" they have on their customers. |

I remember correctly that maxis did came out with Maxis One Plan lite version at RM58 with only 100MB (LTE)
Not sure when removed this plan as I can't see this plan exist in their website. |

MAXIS provide diff price and diff package for diff customer,
I use 20 year and other just use 2-3 year get better offer then me !!!! is it I am not leng chai as him? this is how Malaysia No 1 telco doing business, diff ppl will have diff package, their will charge you extra coz you look like water fish WTF |
