think now maxis already stop taking calls from customer service and the online chat ...can see several complaints on their fb page that cant get thru

I think im the last few breed of the remaining...i have been with maxis since 2000 and im having the unlimited data which had been discontinued...but today i voiced out..as from unlimited plans maxis capped it to 10 gb due to fair usage policy...but after reading all the post here i asked myself ...what is unlimited until i see 15 gb offered to customer who port out ....i called cs...after waiting for very long..they picked up and i ask for clarification...how can u define unlimited when u capped me to 10gb due to fair usage policy but u offer to others 15 gb ...which is more than mine...even in english term i could not comprehend the meaning of unlimited could be lesser than those who choose to port out ...basically im using a dualsim and in the first cs conversations the cs seems to be superbly sincere in helping me saying will call me back ..but after 2 days no call and today when i approach the cs..i told her straight to the obvious reason of my calling and yet they told me they could do nothing...hence sorry maxis...i will port out from my existing package as even i sign both package will be cheaper than what im havin now ...from digi + umobile will still be much cheaper and get extra gb of data of ur so called umlimited...this had really reach my limit...as i have been very rational till today...to wait and see what maxis can offer me but end up i only get disappointments over disappointments

I suppose there are alot of the last breed as me ..to voice out....i have been holding til today after so many pages gone..hope those maxis super long users plus the nearly extinct lile me to hold hand in hand to safeguard our own against them

im on vp 50 and unlimited 99 for 10 gb ....they said nothin can be done for my account and only suggest me to upgrade mop 98 meaning my total bill will go up from 160 ++ to 200++jus for the unlimited calls and sms ...dammm
