mine still has free voice.. last time i did double confirm if the upgrade proceed, do i get the free voice call. they confirm yes. If i did not get the ruby pack still okay, all they show is old and repeated movies. I just cancel the ruby pack if the investigation turn out no on my favor.

Common sense la, if they just offer 1 month free subscription for ruby pack, i wont even consider to take it. Even now, they charge for february and march 2016 for 2 months. Hello, february also haven finish

Interesting to note that you can't do it. Maybe TM has different policy for your area. I have the same experience as jusbella in that I can simply use UniFi logins in a few different locations. I have tried interchangeably between PJ, Cheras, Kajang, Bangsar, Puchong & Ampang. Did you get your info somewhere or did you try it yourself?

You have to call 100. Got mine yesterday. Hypptv password is 12 digit alphanumeric unlike unifi's 13 digit alphanumeric... Prior to this i thought it was the same with my unifi password but it's not...

]I eventually gave in and called them, found out that you can't have 2 STB using the same username. The username that we were given is bound to the first STB that we logged into.

Is Unifi Service down in Bandar Puteri Puchong area? No internet at the moment and call unifi prompt by machine said down for maintenance till 28-Feb. Anyone experience no unifi in Bandar Puteri Puchong area????

i think they re-do the fiber termination again due to attenuation rate maybe below spec hence you cannot get full speed after they change your limitation... it just the same as streamyx as the copper wire getting old, the rate will high and couldnt get full speed that time... that why some area didnt support 4mbps even close to branch exchange(ibusawat) due to to much old cable.

i remember when i complaint my place didnt have internet after TM installer install on others home due to fiber was broken when they doing termination to that house. After they fix it, the rate just fall below their spec(but my speed at that time is not affected due to mere 5mbps) and one weeks after they lay out another fiber line to my house and they re do all the outside installation all without my knowing...just come back from work, they already use the new one cable...

Got my 10mbps for adv30 after so long.

Btw, some of the well known adult sites can now be accessed? Meanwhile, TheMalaysianInsider is blocked.

use public dns, like google dns (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4) or opendns(208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220) ...can access any website blocked by mcmc.

guys any promo now for unifi? I saw vip5 no more? budget less than 150 actually.

Check your bill breakdown.. Perhaps, being charged prorated days from previous subscription.. Advance 30 + Aneka pack is RM179 (GST excluded)... If still unclear, call 100 for further clarification..
