I don't know specific reason, only it's due to low rating.

your low rating is what rating prior you got suspended? The rating is based on min of 500 rated trip

I haven't drove that many trips...not even reached 20. Don't even have the time to look at my ratings...and some don't even bother to rate. ✌️

Have a look at your rating, if it still possible. Else, Since you said you drove less than 20 times, try to remember back, did you do something stupid like getting into argument or fight with customer? Or, you trying to cheat the system, ask friends and family to book so to achieve quest incentives?

If you pretty sure you did nothing wrong, no harm go to their office and argue your case....fyi, even Grab have more ridiculous suspension reason

Ultimately, are you sure you did nothing wrong against their policy? Rant here won't help you.......if you really sure you did nothing wrong, and would still want to drive, go fight out your case at their office.

FYI, even last time, when I was even labelled one of the most badass driver (you need to search back the thread ), my acceptance rating below 20%, cancellation rate I think about 30%, and yet I didn't get suspended either.....

If you still planning to drive for UBER, pay a visit to UBER greenhub. UBER is much reasonable than GRAB. It could be they just want you to go over and "see" you in person, and so-called "pre-lecture" you why you got suspended.

I think is due to this week thur and fri is public holiday. also my mon-thu quest incentive is half of last week's.

so uber already calculate and will not give good incentive if easy to hit. no free lunch for drivers.

that's why work full-time for uber is not worth it. uber can withdraw / lessen incentive anytime. driving just for fare is not worth it.

for morning quest....we need to see how frequent we can hit the target 2 see if worthwhile to wake up so earlier

take an example,...drove 4 times in morning last week.

Let's assume we manage to get 5,5,4 and 4 trips for that 4 days...2 instances out of 4 days manage to hit target (50%).

The incentive is rm25x2=rm50.

So per trip is rm50/18 trips= Rm2.78 per trips.

And that is no longer rm5 per trips. Worthwhile or not it is up to individual to judge.

My 2 cents. Of course some driver may know something that I don't and manage to hit more than 5 trips every morning.

i managed to hit at least 5-6 trips every morning 6am-9am mon-fri since 2 weeks ago. Bad luck is if suddenly 3rd or 4th trip go to KLIA then no chance to another trip before 9am.

I think they will increase the fee to all countries, the current fare is just pathetic low on non-peak and Grab has been sitting comfortably even with increasing the fare.
