Would like to share on UOB credit card payment, total outstanding is payable to one credit card, and it can be auto set-off against all other card you holding in the same credit limit.

Exmaple:
2 card under the same credit limit. (One Card & Vox Card)
One card total outstanding RM1000
Vox card total outstanding RM 500
Total Outstanding RM1500, payment via GIRO from other banks can be made to one particular credit card account as a lump sum.

UOB have a auto set-off against all other card.

(Disclaimer: Do call up CS to confirm the auto set-off on other card)
*
that's payment auto-allocation, which is a good feature.

however, it's tedious if both cards are not on same bill cycle/date or you prefer to micro-manage each card's payment to maximize/stretch the 20-day interest-free period.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Feb 11 2016, 02:24 PM)
Why don't just split the payment via GIRO to save the trouble of calling CS? unsure.gif
*
i guess call CS to enable this feature? not sure. blush.gif

but GIRO to one card and auto-allocate to other cards can save you extra IBG Fee biggrin.gif

submitted interest via uob site in the morning, got a call from uob 230pm.

surprisingly good.

p/s: asked about the RM6 fee. this agent told me any swipe/usage within calendar month is suffice to automatically waive the fee. however, i told the agent that some users were imposed with the fee even with swipes within a calendar month. agent said uob can waive it easily if you called their CS. i guess no definite answer.

pp/s: i also asked the possibility of benefit revision in near future. agent said unlikely for the time being, of course until further notice. biggrin.gif

Is watson card can be reloaded by using credit card by online reload? Do they have this feature?
*
1) wrong topic for Watson's card questions. try here https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2843552
2) watson card is a membership card. why do you want to reload online? *this is a rhetorical question*
3) if you mean watson card with TNG, then the answer is NO such feature. In fact, ALL TNG cards cannot be reload via online. Let us know if you found a way.

*

i called, she said submit the request.
Not sure can waive or not. need wait till next month statement.
*
ehhh why did you ask here at the first place? j/k biggrin.gif

anyway, each waiver request is subject to bank's approval. since you've called to request waiver, then wait for the adjustment to be reflected in your account lo.

just in case anyone of you wanted to change the Bill Dates for Vox:

available dates are: 3 13 14 15 16 17 21 23 24 25 26

as usual, payment due date = bill date (above) + 20-days.

Good for those who to plan cc repayment vs salary biggrin.gif

CS told me for this "type" of cards, the dates as stated earlier . I guess diff card with diff bill dates.

QUOTE(tbheng @ Mar 9 2016, 08:17 AM)
Yes, i changed mine to 13 upon activation. Preferred 11th to meet my payday.
This is my standard request upon receiving new cc, including requesting rm1 sms threshold, linking to internet banking, e-statement, etc.
*
yep, did the internet banking when collecting the card at branch. estatement is default, no more hardcopy.

No delivery via email. At least for my case, I haven't received any online statement via email if I recall correctly.
Only check via its portal.

Portal only keeps latest 6 months eStatement, so if you have the habit to keep statement, make sure you download on time.

well, the SMS notification = statement date, which is good biggrin.gif
