then it will be < 5 mins to reach watson after kipmall built...benefiting those living in DC and BSC...
for kfc...i think they did research residents nearby quite favoring kfc

Kfc is stable food for certain group....

Funny enuf my recent trips to kfc i noticed not all or majority customers order fried chicken......some just ordered fries....

I was just wondering why KIP taking the easy way. Could add some variety. The new mall will front a major trunk road with cars pouring in from guthrie, latar n kepong. Should make it apoeal to the going home traffic.

I book the superlink..Semi D too over budget for me.

For a new township perspective, I think at least is a good start already........better than nothing to be frank......considered the existing neighborhood profiling.

Hopefully the more pipu move in, then will further enhance commercial value on this area, then the things can get further enhance......

At least for the moment, I doubt those well renowned retailers will come to this area.....but time will tell once the neighborhood is build up.....with strong buying power, then we can hope for the best.....

where are the nearest place to get food there.

i think there's 2-3 chinese food restaurant in BSC shoplot... but not sure they open til dinner time or not... otherwise u can drive 10 mins to Ijok for proper and cheap chinese foods... no food court around this area... Grandeur labs also have a chinese food restaurant... but overall this area... hunting for non halal food... requires some effort... lol

BSC chinese shop food forget it lor.. expensive and not nice. hygiene also problem for me..

Thats bad...after so many years seems like the occupancy rate still low and not many makan shops..

i think travel distance problem. like i drive to MRT daily took me 45mins to 1 hour 15 mins, depend on traffic.
back time is worst especially tuesday and thursday cause having pasar malam at sungai buloh (jalan ks) oppoisite the kem paya jaras.

better go Ijok for better food and price cheaper. hahahaha
