Guess using metal deck is cheaper and faster to build for the club house.....

even IJM Rimbayu club house also adopting such method for their club house.....

If I am not wrong, BSC club house is open to public, as the operator of this club house is external operator, not managed by KLK.

When external parties to manage the club house, then I think u will know will open to public. After all it is just a business.

For a new township perspective, I think at least is a good start already........better than nothing to be frank......considered the existing neighborhood profiling.

Hopefully the more pipu move in, then will further enhance commercial value on this area, then the things can get further enhance......

At least for the moment, I doubt those well renowned retailers will come to this area.....but time will tell once the neighborhood is build up.....with strong buying power, then we can hope for the best.....

KLK is planning to have a 250k NLA malls at BSC targeted to be opening by end of 2025. Indeed good news for this corridor.

Bandar Seri Coalfield Mall news Link
