Appreciate your feedback on these topics below;
1. Anyone here are the future owner of North Haven Semi-D or Superlink?
2. For those who currently staying in BSC and have children studying in SJK© Primary School, where do you sent your kids to? Is it SJK© Ijok or Kundang?
Given the latest news about PH gov reviewing the new SJK© school approved by previous gov, I'm searching for alternative school nearby just in case the proposed SJK© in BSC and Eco Grandeur

Hi All, didn't get any response i guess most of you guys staying in BSC are young family and probably your kids not into the primary school yet.

Anyway, looks like PH gov going to review the SJKC primary school approved by BN gov with some politically correct reason ...

Well, within less than 5KM (around 3KM) actually got 2 new SJKC approved, one in BSC and another one in EG. I guess end of the day will be max only one allow to proceed and build.

For those who got kids going to primary school now or later around 2020, welcome your input for discussion.

Despite the above reason, I just bought the North Haven Hemingway Residences Semi-D as I have been looking for freehold + individual title Semi-D around Klang Valley and hardly find property with this land size and price. Nearest will be City of Elmina which I almost going to buy there with smaller land size and 1.5M after rebate prior found this semi-D in BSC.

Hi, I have been to both the primary school and the distance is about the same, around 10KM from BSC.

The school in Ijok kind of small and I prefer Kundang as the school have much bigger compound, field and also cover basketball court.

No worry, next round, my turn to seek your feedback about the place and school since you move in much earlier.

I bought the phase 2 semi-D and completion date is 2020, by the time move in should be around 2021.

This is the verbal response from KLK sales team when I asked them this same question few weeks back.

1. The current construction work near the paya jalas exit is not by KLK, it is under Sime Darby - Elmina to build light industry area.
2. The direct access road from BSC to GCE is in plan, but it won't be too soon, target next 3 - 4 years.
