The developer KLK had pledged to maintain central park for 20 years.
The area has been handed over to mdks, but klk still do a good job at maintenance of landscaping.

The park is quite nice, some of the natural vegetation has been kept intact. Check out the kekabu trees.

Doesn't make sense. There's aledi a watson 15 min away in Tesco PA, econsave 10 min away next to ecograndeur, and two kfc's 12 min at alam jaya n 5 min at Caltex BSC.

I was just wondering why KIP taking the easy way. Could add some variety. The new mall will front a major trunk road with cars pouring in from guthrie, latar n kepong. Should make it apoeal to the going home traffic.
