What is the facilities for the club house?

outdoor swimming pool, badminton (8 court), tennis & basketball court. there also 1 concrete building, dont know what for.

Do they have gym facilities?

We are expecting to obtain CCC in Q1 2019, sometime in March.

Our contractors are installing the security fences and landscape works are in progress.

Also, we are awaiting TNB & SYABAS to install their respective electric & water meters.

Iinm the nearest bank (machines) would be in puncak alam area. For branches, i think the closest ones would be in saujana utama. Most happening place? If you are talking about entertainment, i see none. For groceries shopping, there are some supermarkets in puncak alam. (I have no idea what would be in the bsc itself.)

Econsave as anchor tenant with Mr DIY, Watson, MOG eyewear, KFC etc

Doesn't make sense. There's aledi a watson 15 min away in Tesco PA, econsave 10 min away next to ecograndeur, and two kfc's 12 min at alam jaya n 5 min at Caltex BSC.

Your timing here referred to driving?????

15mins driving distance from point a to point b is very far.....at least 20kms.....
