the shoplot at BSC... until also seems like not growing up.... considering puncak alam already growing... why BSC cant... a bit weird.... hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif

if going kepong and bandar utama.... BSC consider not bad.... but the township up until now... seems so under developed.... maybe some of the residence can answer u for more accurate answers....

yea.... but considering puncak alam further outskirt than BSC.... just thinking why sungai buloh cant develop upwards... their location actually not bad compare to puncak alam... nearer to city center and pj subang those highly developed area....

Yes, sungai buloh is still underdeveloped and its location is much better than BSC and PA since it is nearer to KL and PJ. yeah... just that two or three years ago... when i look at puncak alam town... and sg buloh town... puncak alam not reli doing quite well... until one year ago... its like booming so fast... when i hesitating to buy BSC or Hillpark.. i decided to go for Hillpark... BSC just too underdeveloped for now.. but yea... sg buloh area... i will consider saujana utama more developed and possible in future elmina... although we cant say for sure... their location is better than puncak alam... but seems like location not a main matter of their development here....

frankly speaking... try to travel yourself once or twice... during peak hour to KL... see you can bare the distance and the jam anot... and where are you staying now? if you want a new landed township and to close to KL.... its either run down old landed... or 1mil above landed... either way... sometimes just see whether are u reli so in need to stay in landed anot.... or condo is okay for u as well....

not really pity la... haha... new township tend to grow towards outskirt areas... its common... there no more lands for a township closer to city center... hence you see all the crazy density condos.... hahahah... if your work can relocate to PJ subang shah alam area... then you can consider this place... sometimes work location doesn't mean forever....

haha daikor... u brought up different way ma... nowadays gen... once born already inside matured township or near city center... to readjust indeed need significant sacrifice... lets say... they get their first house in BSC at the age of 25... means they been living 25 years inside city center... how to change 25 years of practice leh... haha...

but i do agree... its pointless discussion or arguments on distance.. to each of it own... some can take it some cant take it... this argument comes with no ending at all... lol... i do feel its time wasting when both stand strong on their own stance... why try to change them? haha....

haha... my point also not about puncak alam or elmina... my point include semenyih, rawang, puchong south, BSR, AI and more townships....

anyhow 30km from there to KLCC... but the LDP jam is crazy... and from taman mas... distance only seems attractive... i try to drive out from there before to KLCC during peak hour... not much difference with the time i took from elmina to KLCC during peak hour....

well.. this are the risk u gonna take... or be safe... just buy a condo in matured area will do... or if even condo also cant take the risk... just buy a subsales will do.... too many factors to consider... every ppl have different priorities as well... haha
