i dont think anyone dare to compare this area to setia alam... how to compare a township that stuck between klang, subang and shah alam... whereas ijok area were quite standalone on its own... but with good accessibility to subang pj those... in term of KM seems further... but time to travel its still acceptable... i travel from KL to setia alam need longer time during peak hours than travel to BSC...

but rawang i agreed... i dunno how they gonna develop with that kind of density but no new highway really link to there... the rawang town exit always jam no matter weekdays or weekends... the bandar puteri interchange is at another end... those staying in between the rawang town and bandar puteri gonna stuck in the middle of nowhere with that kind of accessibility... and the thousand of units built by Lowyat and Mah Sing....

no la... i seldom ride one... haha... live at here i dont expect to ride MRT... very tedious... even last time i stayed in cheras also never ride the MRT to work before... only ride once for the sake of feeling it....   

less hectic... less messy jam in front of your house... no need deal with all the double triple quadruple park of cheras... haha... compared to last time staying in condo... now stay in landed sure feel better... for me with sinus... air quality also significantly better... already long time my sinus din come back already... better than having nose operation....

foods lose kao kao is a sure thing for new township... if new township have better foods than those 20 years township... then it will be magically perfect liao... lolz

When we went to Developer to buy the Banyan semi d, we saw the whole area plan of displayed units marked sold for most units, except the few large expensive corner units, one or two odd land shape ones, several next to sub power stations and several junction homes. After we moved in, we saw mostly junction units plus very few intermediate units occupied, compared to so many still up for sale till now.

We once met 2 guys who said they are working as brokers to sell these units. Why still unsold?

for BSC residents yea... those places he mentioned actually quite far away from them... easily up to 10km difference... so i think the KIP mall is doing the right decision for the residents for that side....

For a new township perspective, I think at least is a good start already........better than nothing to be frank......considered the existing neighborhood profiling.

Hopefully the more pipu move in, then will further enhance commercial value on this area, then the things can get further enhance......

At least for the moment, I doubt those well renowned retailers will come to this area.....but time will tell once the neighborhood is build up.....with strong buying power, then we can hope for the best.....

Just moved in about one month to my house in Senna. I work in Damansara Perdana. Used to live in Kepong. So far based on my personal experience I am really enjoying my stay in BSC. I kinda don't want to leave my house everyday. Yes I have added 20-30 mins to my travelling time to work but I am lucky bcos I have flexible working hours. On days I have to work early I leave really early before 7 and on days I can work late I leave after 9 am. The route I use is usually Jalan Kuala Selangor to work and when returning home NKVE-LATAR Highway. So far travelling has taken me about 30-40 mins. It used to take me only about 15 mins when I was living in Kepong.

I wanted to let go my unit banyan2 at cost. Neighbour sold 850k.

Went there once.  Big township but think need times to attract more people move in as i think the occupancy rate is still very low.

Crowded and stagnant with almost no activity is different
