I had the impression that for BSC residents there will be some kind of special price? No ah?

usually residents will not be paying joining fee, only monthly fee.

if they do accept non residents, they will need to pay both joining and monthly fee.

Heard the fee will be RM 150 per month, another version 1st time payment RM 150 subsequent monthly fee RM 70. Don't know which is correct, just wait for the official announcement from KLK Land.

Clubhouse membership is open to residents of Bandar Seri Coalfields.

The clubhouse management will require either your Sale & Purchase Agreement (if owner) or Tenancy Agreement (if tenant) for verification purposes when you sign up as a member.

Please refer to the proposed standard membership rates below:

1) Individual Package:
Adult (Aged 18 to 60 years old) = RM70/month
Child (Aged 3 to 17 years old) = RM40/month
Senior Citizen (Aged above 60 years old) = RM40/month

2) Family Package:
Couple (2 Adults) = RM110/month
Family Package A (1 Adult + 1 Child/Senior Citizen) = RM85/month
Family Package B (2 Adults + 2 Children/Senior Citizens) = RM150/month

Membership fees are subject to 6% SST.

BSC Clubhouse is expected to open in May 2019.
