i heard that they will not use the road at jalan sinar due to the road size...

they will make a new road to seri petaling and another big entrance at the taman naga emas near the Block 44 of Taman Naga Emas..

I think everything we discuss here like second tier security, gym room, others facilities or etc need to stated in our snp, those not stated mean that we have zero chance to make it happen, verbally confirm its not a fulfilment from developer.

We will know once we sign the snp, everything wrote inside there clearly. this is the disadvantage for buyer

Maybe there will be an exit directly to Besraya...but cannot confirmed right...
the developer say that they will construct new road and proposed road...

Since this project under DBKL...surely they will create new road

True that. But apart from the SNP with developer, there have been cases where the property management council / committee (formed from property owners) decided to add in a 2nd Tier of security. As for how they manage the budget to add in, I am not sure if the money is from every property owner's contribution or from the slow accumulation of maintenance fee. smile.gif

Who already got snp copy? I just call the lawyer she say not sign yet due to developer signature.. Currently i waiting from lawyer to pass the snp original copy to the bank lawyer after that can proceed with loan agreement. Mybe 1-2 weeks more..

im still waiting for my SnP which the SnP lawyer said could give me in this few days..

While my bank lawyer still waiting for the original copy for SnP too from the SnP lawyer..

They mentioned around 1 or 2 weeks time according to the banker..

Looks like we are in the same progress smile.gif
