I think everything we discuss here like second tier security, gym room, others facilities or etc need to stated in our snp, those not stated mean that we have zero chance to make it happen, verbally confirm its not a fulfilment from developer.
We will know once we sign the snp, everything wrote inside there clearly. this is the disadvantage for buyer |

True that. But apart from the SNP with developer, there have been cases where the property management council / committee (formed from property owners) decided to add in a 2nd Tier of security. As for how they manage the budget to add in, I am not sure if the money is from every property owner's contribution or from the slow accumulation of maintenance fee. Who already got snp copy? I just call the lawyer she say not sign yet due to developer signature.. Currently i waiting from lawyer to pass the snp original copy to the bank lawyer after that can proceed with loan agreement. Mybe 1-2 weeks more..
