Any possibility of not having a balloting ceremony like the others RUMAHWIP because they scare the penduduk protest this project somehow? Called up that she said once your bank draft ready and on the spot you will ballot for your unit number to attach on your document.
PS: woah... their sales office was crowded and for your information their office closed on sunday ^^ This post has been edited by nktious: Nov 28 2015, 11:24 AM |

QUOTE(wykl @ Dec 1 2015, 06:08 PM) I havent receive any feedback or letter from the developer yet Beside the 30K bank draft, you need to prepare a sum of money for lawyer fees aswell to sign the SPA. Seriously? RM30K? Who could afford that much of money for first home buyer? I wonder why does not the developer absorb the SPA lawyer fee as other rumahwip does? like CASA Green Bukit Jalih and Puchongmas etc... Once you paid the SPA lawyer fee, another sum of bank loan lawyer fees and stamp duty fees (If this your first house, remember you are enetitle for a 50% discount on stamp duty fee). Better get prepare on. I'm official broke now... |

QUOTE(wykl @ Dec 16 2015, 07:52 PM) bro, just want to ask.. when u pay the RM30k bank draft, did you get any receipt? when they will allow u to sign SPA? 1. You will get a booking receipt form after you have your unit lot and gave them the Bank Draft. Bring the Booking Receipt for applying loan.as of now, i have not yet seen the launching of the project anywhere... 2. The SPA can be sign anytime and a sum for the SPA lawyer fee to be pay. The SPA will be stamped only when your loan is approved. QUOTE(Vins @ Jan 10 2016, 11:42 AM) Hi all, 1. 30K bankdraft will return to you as you can provide bank disqualification letter.i have received their offer letter, but i have 2 questions if paid RM30k for deposit. 1. If bank rejected my loan application, RM30k deposit will be refund to me? 2. If bank offer me 70% or 80% and i decide to cancel developer's offer, RM30k deposit will be refund to me? 2. Your 30K will be burn because you are eligible for applying loan. |
