yes u can bro, but signed edi means u confirm buying edi.. if your loan can get 80% then u need to pay 20% for it...

the rebate is given by the lawyer which u use for the loan agreement later on... my banker told me that i have to pay the fee first then rebate will be given back to me after the first disbursement by the bank to the developer which is 1 or 2 months later. i need to double confirm again with the lawyer on this too.. hmm.gif

grats bro.. u signed the SnP and Loan agreement and stuffs? the completion is either the end of 2018 or early or 2016 as mentioned in the brochure and website... but still , its better to ask the developer... lets see if anyone can confirm this later smile.gif

i do saw the project site always have light and smoke every night after finished work.. i live nearby only (4 or 5 mins walking distance) biggrin.gif

the completion date is confusing right? 2018 at brouchure and website stated 2019 rclxub.gif

correct, at least have ample time to save some money for furnitures, electrical equipment and other things for the new home. That also will requires 10k to 20k.

renovation.. really sakit kepala doh.gif
nt sure if they will cover some plaster ceiling on the living hall..
and also the window/door girll..
prepare at least 50k for renovation. (if want to make house looks nice)
maybe step by step... move in those important stuff first.
bed.. aircond.. fridge.. kitchen cabinet.. washing machine..
then follow by sofa.. tv.. living hall design..
that time is all about $$$$$$$$

maintenance fee too.. i guess will be around 25sen per sq ft... so roughly extra rm260. and yet to add sinking fund
