Hi, guys I jz received offer letter from danau lumayan to pay 30k for booking. Wan to ask if anyone bought extra parking? If wan to purchase extra parking I need to pay parking depo plus 30k for booking or jz 30k first, parking depo to pay later after find parking loan? Anyone know which bank offer parking loan for this project. Thanks

Anyone here can share their loan legal fee+stamp duty n snp fee + stamp duty for reference. Need to calculate total upfront need to pay🤔🤔

Guys can anyone guide me. (First time buyer). I have pay 30k deposit to developer. Step I need to perform next is:-
1) find bank loan.(If found, is the loan agreement legal fee and stamp duty is done and prepare by bank? How much is the fee?) 2) after sign loan agreement. Need to giv the loan agreement to the developer lawyer as stated in the booking receipt so that they will prepare the snp? How much is the snp fee for this step 3) after all done. Sent snp and loan agreement to developer office and clear the remaining payment for example rm2500 extra parking deposit. Is the step I mentioned in order? Thanks for helping |
