QUOTE(hazremi @ Jan 7 2016, 04:45 PM) i received offer to buy this house..but not too sure to proceed or not..so most of u did? Applied and send in my application by hand on December 2015 but didn't get any letter / call for feedback But on their website (https://rumawip.kwp.gov.my/projek-detail.php?prdid=4) it shows that they extended the application date to March 2016. So just wondering if I should re-apply or just wait or contact them regarding my application status. This post has been edited by LevelUp_Macha: Jan 8 2016, 10:16 PM

QUOTE(Alves @ Jan 9 2016, 07:11 PM) I think this is because of the strict rules set by DBKL for the RUMAWIP scheme. For developer, of course it will be easier (and $$$) for them to sell it soonest possible but the selection process still in DBKL's hand. And the current economy situation is not helping either. I understand they have their selection process and maybe I am one of the unlucky ones. But I don't really know, does it mean my application has been rejected / not selected or does it mean they are still processing applications? Should I reapply since they have extended their submission date?

QUOTE(Alves @ Jan 9 2016, 08:45 PM) Maybe you can call the developer and ask when the second batch of the approved list will be announced. (I assume this as you said you submit the form in Dec. The first batch already revealed at that time). I just received their email. They mentioned I need to submit a list of documents to the developer (which I had already submitted to DBKL in December ). Nevertheless, I will be submitting to the developer and hopefully I get the offer letter.

QUOTE(wykl @ Jan 12 2016, 01:46 PM) Both.. as u know, sometimes documents are not being kept properly by "some party" out there. Better if you can duplicate your documents for easy submission Last time submitted to DBKL, now submit to developer.

QUOTE(msml_ean @ Jan 20 2016, 11:13 PM) Hi.. My 100% loan approved by Bank Islam. Rate 3.9+5.5 35 Years Monthly RM 1499 Still waiting for company loan which is offer rate 4.0 The problem is company loan request copy of SnP with stamping. Lawyer cannot proceed with the SnP due to land name still under DBKL not developer yet. Is it true? Congrats! I am very new to this so just want to know, how much is the interest rate? I am not too clear on the 3.9+5.5 part. This post has been edited by LevelUp_Macha: Jan 21 2016, 12:59 PM

QUOTE(paktam @ Feb 28 2016, 06:19 PM) maintenance fee will add some amount to monthly installment...around RM250... need to fully utilize the gym and pool...now already have some degree of headache... Yeah. Maintenance fee not the highest but for Affordable house is considerably high side. I know there is a pool and from the picture there is badminton court (out door). Last time I ask the developer, there were like not sure if got the gym or not. I just hope they could increase their 1 Tier security to 2 Tier security. QUOTE(wanw84 @ Feb 25 2016, 09:12 PM) Guys, when a bank gave the loan offer, how long the offer will last? In my case, i got offer from mbsb last week but the rate is quite high (5.45% for 100% loan). I want to wait for 2 other banks but the person from mbsb insist me to hurry sign the loan offer.I'm scared that i will lose the offer with mbsb while i still haven't secure other loan. What should i do? In any case, if anyone still trouble getting a loan, can try this guy: Lim Wui Keat RHB KLCC 012-5052540 This guy works fast when I apply for 90% loan, less than a week. My stupid mistake was not apply 100% loan at that time. or else, i would already go with RHB. I reapply 100% with him, but not sure he can make it in time before i need to sign with mbsb next tuesday. I got a 100% loan (including extra car park) with 4.65% from this guy in RHB. Too bad can't finance the MRTA in as well. Anyway, I am sufficiently happy.

QUOTE(wkleong @ Feb 29 2016, 03:41 PM) I think everything we discuss here like second tier security, gym room, others facilities or etc need to stated in our snp, those not stated mean that we have zero chance to make it happen, verbally confirm its not a fulfilment from developer. We will know once we sign the snp, everything wrote inside there clearly. this is the disadvantage for buyer True that. But apart from the SNP with developer, there have been cases where the property management council / committee (formed from property owners) decided to add in a 2nd Tier of security. As for how they manage the budget to add in, I am not sure if the money is from every property owner's contribution or from the slow accumulation of maintenance fee.
