If I paid extra for the current month's bill, will they deduct the extra cash from the next month's bill?

QUOTE(jason18689 @ Jan 30 2016, 10:29 AM) I see. yup, RM229 or RM242 including gst. 50mbps with 20mbps is a huge gap for downloads. so u need to rethink about keeping ur 20mbps. but if ur area seriously under unstable connection...I think most of the problem occur maybe because of the router cannot support 50mbps connection.I still keep my fingers crossed, though my area has been pretty stable so far (from what i could gather the information based on several neighbours). So your bill is RM229 + GST? |

QUOTE(AdamNg @ Jan 30 2016, 09:58 AM) Will upgrade Streamyz to Unifi soon. I doubt so. Only standard installation using TM stock router. As we know..TM stock router lousy.. So, during installation...can I ask TM technician to setup directly to my own router (already buy it)? All you need to do, set it up yourself once the installer leaves. |

I have been experiencing problem with my Unifi 30... wifi connection suddenly lost internet. HyppTV still continued playing. I plugged in LAN to laptop, there's internet! but Wifi on 3 iPhones and laptops did not have internet, WiFi remained connected.
Earlier I thought it was the stock router's problem (it was happening like every 1 or 2 days), so I changed to TPLink TL-WR1043ND. And I encountered the same problem again. I needed to restart the router to fix it. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice on this? EDIT: clarification. this is not specific to Apple devices only (iPhone). My case is Wifi connected, but no internet. Once the problem occurs, iPhones and laptops did not have internet (WiFi remained connected). Do a wireless scan and if you see something like the image above, 2.4Ghz is probably unusable at your location. |

The Apps Store issue is no longer there. YouTube issue is once a while for me. Facebook already solved months ago for me. I don't game so I don't know. So far I'm satisfied with my UniFi. |

It is a well-known issue that Apple devices don't work well with 20MHz.Also, like @blacktubi said, if you live an area crowded with Wireless AP (especially in high-rise), you may want to consider 5GHz or better still, invest in HomePlug technology which is exactly what I am using. |
