tried calling up 100 for upgrade to ADV50 from VIP20.. CS told me to visit TMpoint as ADV50 request is usually limited to landed houses only
due to concerns high rise users may not get full speed out of the package |

lodged my report for ADV50 upload speed .. will have to wait for the next working day for port adjustment as advised by CS..
