Exactly. I will stick to UniFi for now. Unless they can give us some interesting bundle. laugh.gif
Anyway, let's see how it fares. I still remember those days when I used Celcom broadband. laugh.gif
*
Yes I remember as well, I think last time fixed broadband wasn't an option for you right, and the plan was like D68/D98? laugh.gif

Yes, fixed broadband wasn't an option and it was a luxury to subscribe D98 during my university time. laugh.gif Then, suddenly quota kicked in, I switched and hopped to several until I gave up and ended up with UniFi since 2014. laugh.gif

The problem with Maxis is probably heavy throttling on peak hours, but I think that is to be expected, when UniFi were still offering their VIP packages, Maxis' packages were cheaper than UniFI. Logically speaking, how can Maxis be cheaper when they are riding on TM's infrastructure (cost involved).
*
Maxis assigns private ip to their fiber customer by default, so that reduces the cost (ip at Asia countries are expensive, esp when ipv4 has now depleted). Maxis is selling a lower price because they have to, to gain a piece of the market despite earning less.

Hope you have a black and white for this. laugh.gif Seen many cases here "cheated" by these telemarketers. laugh.gif

Yes, I also don't bother if it is 2 years or what, who knows next month I will upgrade to 50Mbps? laugh.gif
*
Just tested speed today. 33mbs down 10.5mbs up:) took them 1-2 day only to upgrade. Now just need to make sure its 169 on my bill

hi guys.
can suggest me good and reliable wifi router
current dlink modem kinda suck ass coz my waifu note 4, redmi note 2 and honor 3c lite  kinda always connect and disconnect from it so often.

but my pc , and honor 4x work great
*
Mikrotik, Apple, DLink, TPLink, Asus... So many good ones. Can only recommend the one I use personally which is Mikrotik RB2011UiAS-2HnD. A cheaper version of that would be the RB951Ui-2HnD.

Not sure if it is a glitch but it could be real. My free calls feature seems has been removed from my package. hmm.gif

This is how my bundle looked like previously:

And this is how my friend's bundle looked like, hers doesn't come with free calls:

And just checked now, it is showing as below for both of our accounts:

Does anybody with free calls earlier also same like my case?

me and my brother torrent heavily with adv50, stable, doesn't have any problems since day one. the disadvantage is only the upload we face. couldn't help to upload faster than vip20 that's all.

Will upgrade Streamyz to Unifi soon.
As we know..TM stock router lousy..
So, during installation...can I ask TM technician to setup directly to my own router (already buy it)?

I see.
I still keep my fingers crossed, though my area has been pretty stable so far (from what i could gather the information based on several neighbours).

So your bill is RM229 + GST?

If I paid extra for the current month's bill, will they deduct the extra cash from the next month's bill?
