Previously I complained already. The technicians came to my house and checked my connection but the result remained the same. Can I request to pay less amount for monthly bill because of this?

of cos not.... I also VIP20 user, but always getting 18-19mbps and hardly get 20mbps. So its ad considering good, don be greedy.

You can't unless it's lower than 80% of the advertised speed

most of the time i am using it alone too, only at night my 2 nephews will use to watch youtube on their ipads.

Like my sister's house also has this installed in her taman for months already but until today they still haven't activated/opened the ports...
Nevertheless, you can check out the coverage from Unifi site.

At least, you have someone using it with you. Mine is pure only me and the most only 3 devices connected at the same time. laugh.gif

With 100mbps, they have no choice but to give better equipments. Routers with Gigabit LAN and hopefully with Wireless AC.

u r not going to SG? i have around 5-6 people using the net during night time, seriously youtubers watching 720p-1080p.

I see my home address on the coverage list but when i click it, i get this error message "sorry, we are unable to proceed at the moment. This error could be due to loss of connection, bla bla bla.
