QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 12 2016, 12:33 AM) Using LAN? Maybe you can try with LAN if it still slow, then can decide to change to a better router or just change channel first if you are using WiFi. Ya. I don't think is my router problem. The router I'm using is RG4332.Mine: ![]() To others who think the stock router sucks, I went to my friend's house over the weekend and she is just using the stock router and guess what her download speed was faster than mine, consistently 35Mbps on my phone. Well and well, so it is not bad at all. |

I'm currently subscribing Unifi Advance Plan 30mbps. There is a problem with my DL speed. I always get around 28mbps DL speed using RG4332 with LAN connection. Does changing router help to get the maximum speed? FYI, I don't want to waste money to buy another router just because of the DL speed.

QUOTE(jusbella @ Jan 15 2016, 05:33 PM) 28mbps is ad good, in term of speed, if less than 80% of the speed as advertised, den u can complain ad. Previously I complained already. The technicians came to my house and checked my connection but the result remained the same. Can I request to pay less amount for monthly bill because of this? |
