I wonder why my housing loan still show 4.45%????so it is god news to me not to dump housing loan , go for FD....haha

6 months 4.3%
12 months 4.5%

Signed up the document ready for Monday placement. Promo ends Dec.
Ocbc is best rate so far.

After much consideration on bank fighting of rates and possible rate hike from US in dec.. i decided to go monthly FD for december.. gonna wait for a better rate.. haha

Wont regret when next year other bank go 5% ?
