$649 for 950XL is just too expensive for now with our weak currency...

but for that price will be challenging as Windows OS still kinda weak compared to IOS and Android.

Actually, its not because of the high bandwidth of USB Type C since you can use the Continuum feature through Miracast.

It limited only on the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL because both of them are using the Snapdragon 808 and 810 which actually support dual display mode. You can see it at the Snapdragon website (notice on the word "concurrent" that they use):

The phone (Lumia 920) is just a dummy phone, as in it's not actually running the Continuum features a (probably just displaying screenshot), hell it's not even running Windows 10 Mobile.

At 22:30, if you notice on the icon on the status bar on that phone, you can see that those are the WP8 icons. In W10M, the "No sim card" icon has no white fill, just border and the plug on the charging icon are on the side, not center. In addition, the Continuum blue bar is all wrong. The blue background is supposed to also include the status bar, as seen in this video which shows a demo of an actual prototype running the Continuum feature (Skip to 6:30)

Also, in the official Microsoft's video of Continuum feature, you can see the phone have both on-screen and physical navigation bar (again, probably just showing a screenshot).

Yeah that's the thing, they intro with an old hardware, even many page still writes Continuum is available to phones running on Windows 10 Mobile, based on those article it was all written this year April after the demo, now sadly which is not true but lets hope they allow us to have semi continuum feature

Comparing the older processor and the new SD808/SD810, how much in percentage of those processors compare to older version of processor does it vary?

IMO, processor plays a great role in Continuum as Continuum enable user to display on monitor and also at phone at different interface and also instance. Except there is option to like share the interface of phone and also at the monitor (meaning using the phone..but on monitor).

I'm not tech savvy. Just saying.

I suppose they can make it like mirroring your phone interface to start menu, then black out the phone only keep call function intact. so it wont be that heavy to process both screen doing individual stuff... hence the semi continuum

as a former lumia fan.. just want to say a few things la about the 950.. one is, i like that finally, they put on screen navigation key on a flagship phone.. two, wtf is with the back speaker? one that besides the camera at that! the 920 had the speaker at the bottom, then the 930 at the lower back, now the 950 at the upper back. smh with their design team. one would hope by now microsoft would put a front speaker at their phones. maybe they're scared people will say they copy other oem but at least dont go backwards to yesteryear's' speaker placement la.

But for low-light performance, it is still limited due to the smallish sensor. Still, not too bad. The sensor is slightly larger than the sensor in the latest Samsung and iPHone models, and the Sony Z5 also.

Open the image above and view in 100% resolution. Look at the tiny details. Remarkable detail on the face and the eyebrows etc. apart from the superb clarity and sharpness.

The Lumia 950, like all other Windows phones will run apps found on the Microsoft app store. You cannot install android apps (i.e. apk files), but if the Android app has a Windows version, then no problem.

Windows Central says (and they're confident about it) that we're not to expect any other high-end MS windows phone after the L950/XL for a year. If there is a Surface Phone, I'd think this would fall in the high-end/flagship category. If true, can wait that long?
