i think the price would be similar to 1520 launching price, not higher than 1020? anything above its just too expensive.[V1] Microsoft Lumia 950 and 950XL, Official Windows 10 flagship

i think it is possible to do so on a Lumia 1520/930 but they may not introduce now after all if this works who buys the new 950/950XL ? ![]() http://venturebeat.com/2015/04/29/microsof...-in-windows-10/ This post has been edited by IccyAsd: Oct 16 2015, 05:43 PM |

QUOTE(Assassin's @ Oct 16 2015, 06:33 PM) Here's the full demo video : Yeah that's the thing, they intro with an old hardware, even many page still writes Continuum is available to phones running on Windows 10 Mobile, based on those article it was all written this year April after the demo, now sadly which is not true but lets hope they allow us to have semi continuum feature The phone (Lumia 920) is just a dummy phone, as in it's not actually running the Continuum features a (probably just displaying screenshot), hell it's not even running Windows 10 Mobile. At 22:30, if you notice on the icon on the status bar on that phone, you can see that those are the WP8 icons. In W10M, the "No sim card" icon has no white fill, just border and the plug on the charging icon are on the side, not center. In addition, the Continuum blue bar is all wrong. The blue background is supposed to also include the status bar, as seen in this video which shows a demo of an actual prototype running the Continuum feature (Skip to 6:30) Also, in the official Microsoft's video of Continuum feature, you can see the phone have both on-screen and physical navigation bar (again, probably just showing a screenshot). |

QUOTE(OldSchoolJoke @ Oct 17 2015, 03:51 PM) Comparing the older processor and the new SD808/SD810, how much in percentage of those processors compare to older version of processor does it vary? I suppose they can make it like mirroring your phone interface to start menu, then black out the phone only keep call function intact. so it wont be that heavy to process both screen doing individual stuff... hence the semi continuum IMO, processor plays a great role in Continuum as Continuum enable user to display on monitor and also at phone at different interface and also instance. Except there is option to like share the interface of phone and also at the monitor (meaning using the phone..but on monitor). I'm not tech savvy. Just saying. |

It should capture your address book, if it doesnt can you try Inviting someone or someone to msg you just to check if WhatsApp is working? https://www.whatsapp.com/faq/en/wp/23741251 Last resort you might have to reset your phone, btw what OS build are you on? QUOTE(ckl1998 @ Dec 25 2016, 09:57 PM) Original set with warranty from Microsoft, 950XL Dual SIM selling for MYR1,350 right now. is it a good buy? Or do you think the price will drop further to below MYR 1,000 in next 3 months since Microsoft is going to launch the Surface phone? Its a good buy now, dont think it will drop lower. Thats half of launch price or more, was it RM2999 at launch? i cant recall.Anyway based on how local reseller stock up windows phone, you probably wont be able to find them in stock soon lol This post has been edited by IccyAsd: Dec 27 2016, 10:13 PM |
