anyone notice of tm announcement on 15th October? Any insider that can tell what they will be announced? I've already made my UniFi application and they want to come for installation this saturday. If it's an even better deal, I want to cancel this ones

dont think so... 30 and 50 already launch last month where it available to all country...

Maybe new price for 5, 10 and 20... or 5 they abolish and introduce another package???

but last few day i got survey from TMRND(which is tm rnd la) about mobile usage and 4g... maybe new mobile package integrated with unifi package???

Oh dear. Bad news for me. I only need 5 Mb but planning to get 10 Mb to have some fat.

And now, I have to get 30 Mb? $$ going down the drain as my house usage is low (have been using at 1 and later 2 Mb for the past 10 years).

I'm currently unified user for 10mbps package.This whole month I'm experiencing slow internet and in the afternoon my line keep DC.Called unifi, to clarify about the slow internet, the customer support lady told me that I have exceeded the quota. Anybody have info about this quota thing?I did not receive my hard copy statement thru mail for 2 month.

Speaking of this twitter status, I don't believed they will launched another price deal or new UniFi plan as they just announced 30 and 50 Mbps last August. I think they just improvised their current plan with new mobile phone related package

I too got the call from TM on the 07/10/2015 for the upgrade which I agreed. The 30Mbps and free Hypptv was activated yesterday. rclxms.gif
Another bonus is that we get HyppTV Everywhere for up to 2 mobile devices, got my sms from TM yesterday. rclxm9.gif

UniFi is still unlimited for now. doh.gif The lady simply babbling already.
You can call again and file for a report, get them to reset your port which I think it might not help, straight file a case for technician to fix it on-site.

But their AppStore download speed problem still exists.
It's not super slow but not as fast as it was when there was no problems...

If you did not receive the bill statement, you can still go to TM Point or related and pay for it by anticipating the issuance date through your previous statements, then issue complaint about the missing bill statements.

Beware that TM will throttle your connection if you use too much traffic (e.g. P2P from torrenting). If you do not torrent then I have no idea about the problem of slow internet speed.

Hey guys, thanks but i tried all the suggestions given, and nothing seems to be out of place(ping was low, no packet loss). I read that some people are also experiencing downloading/updating ios apps using unifi, which I am not sure whether this problem of mine is related or not to that since I am using android and even whats app images I am unable to download.

since my desktop seems to be having little no no problems when it comes to the unifi using rj45 cable, i tested my wifi using both my smartphone and laptop.

laptop -> no problems to browse and download stuff
smartphones (xiaomii and note 3) , there are occasion where browsing wasnt good (due to signal strength I assume) but when it can browse well, I cant download whats app images to begin with.

This doesnt happen at all when i was at my terrace house previously. Something happen when the technician changed the home fibre modem to the condo version of the modem (mandatory change). If this is the case and somebody has found a solution to this, mind sharing it ?

wasting my mobile data at home when I shouldnt be using the wifi connection

Interference with other wireless router I assume.

Get a new dual band capable wireless router should fix it.

VIP 5, 10, 20 also unlimited (so far)

I did use some torrent most also 30gb to 40gb a month. Is that a lot? Even after I made payment the internet speed is slow. Avg I will get 7mbps, lowest 2mbps.I thought ppl hack my line, I change pass every week but still same.
