yesterday goto tm ask my area can upgrade to 30mb or not, but the staff said system got problem, cannot check need wait until next month

so need to wait tomorrow only upgrade finish? just now i try restart router + modem also same 5mb

Yesterday only complaint the netspeed cannot get 30mb, today I get 0mb.

yesterday complain no internet, today not repair, i think need wait until next week only got internet use

upgrade from 5mb to 30mb is a big disappointment.

but you still access internet, now i cannot connect to internet, already 5 day not internet.

Yesterday complain again still not feekback

1 month Rm210.94 / 31 day = 1 day Rm6.80

now i already burn Rm34

After 5 day not internet finally get online and this speed

today goto tm point ask for the RM20 discount for my 30MB. but the staff say RM199 is already include free call, now RM179 without free call, i say my RM199 also without free call, after this the staff say need to confirm with HQ and take my phone no.

just now try, 4k not problem
