I'm currently unified user for 10mbps package.This whole month I'm experiencing slow internet and in the afternoon my line keep DC.Called unifi, to clarify about the slow internet, the customer support lady told me that I have exceeded the quota. Anybody have info about this quota thing?I did not receive my hard copy statement thru mail for 2 month.

Beware that TM will throttle your connection if you use too much traffic (e.g. P2P from torrenting). If you do not torrent then I have no idea about the problem of slow internet speed.

I did use some torrent most also 30gb to 40gb a month. Is that a lot? Even after I made payment the internet speed is slow. Avg I will get 7mbps, lowest 2mbps.I thought ppl hack my line, I change pass every week but still same.
