i filed complaint today at 14.47.24 and skmm processed and reply they already escalated to TM at 15.34.57 and status - investigation.. fast action by SKMM.. but waiting 15 working days for tm to take action if not, call SKMM back to complain.

Just manage to get early promo discount. Earlier i subscribe with jumbo pack 229 but decide to take aneka only and they agreed. So 179 only
