Does the new Unifi 30,50 package also offer the 'free TM WiFi whole country' like the VIP 5 ,10,20 got?

Can I apply for Unifi30 first than later cancelled my existing Vip package to get new equipment ? no more contract on Vip, Under same name and address. TQ
