my unifi 30mbps today so slow!

my unifi keep disconecting at night. cant play good dota

i dont know but malaysianwireless fb page say can renew contract for existing customer.

if cannot, then i better upgrade to 50mbps. need to pay rm30 more. fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Just got call from tm. I will get discount rm20 for my unifi advance 30mbps. Nice girl call me to give this discount after i query about the promotion. And no contract will be renewed

I lodge an enquiry in unifi account. Then they called me just now. They said they will give me another rm20 discount. They talk so nicely. Btw they call me twice, first to ask my enquiry about the account. Then they call me again and confirm to give the discount.

i just got called from tm again. this time they tell me management already approve my req to 179 30mbps plan. so nice to call me again to confirm.

3. Create a general enquiry

4. Enquiries, billing, charges, monthly subscription fee, put this in detail description 'TM UNIFI ADVANCE 30MBPS GOES OFFICIAL, PROMO PRICE STARTS AT RM 179? I'M WILLING TO RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH THIS PROMO'

( anyway i just subscribe the unifi advance on july, so if renew again should be fine to me)

edited: i remember last week they call me and tell no contract will be renew.
