I just upgraded mine from 5mbps to 10mbps last month..I am eligible to this promotion?

I called TM an hour ago and the representative said that the new "PROMOTION" package is for new customer AND for existing customers only through a telemarketer(person who calls us) or visiting TMPoint. Also the price(VIP30) is RM179 without GST. If add GST will reach to around RM189

I gave them my number and is now waiting for the telemarketer person to call me. I'll update later if i remember

what do you mean by visiting TMPOINT? go to a tmpoint and they will give you the promotional price? anyone can confirm this?

Let's raise up this matters to SKMM, Newsmedia, Facebook and Twitter, can organize a campaign to TM.

I upgraded from my 1 Mb to 2 Mb in a promotion and it has been more than 2 years now. Still the same price I am paying. Hope that this one is also the same.

I think the said upgrade is true for people that is not already on 30/50 aka those in 5/10/20 package

if you already subscribed to those package earlier with different price cannot get this discount (which the guy above is experiencing), which is dumb tbh
