Has anyone tried returning a product bought through taobao? What's the prices like and do we have to bear the shipping cost?

The shipping cost back to China may cost even more than the product price itself. There's once I received a not as per described item and requested refund from the seller. They accepted the refund request and I got my money back within one week.

Nope just refund only. Maybe you can try to discuss with seller for refund only. Maybe refund a little bit lesser compared to the amount you paid

Try to weigh the parcel when you received it. If the weight they charged you is 5x higher than the actual weight, you can request for refund from them

i believe Y218 includes the domestic shipping from sellers in different states...assuming you ordered from different sellers

Hey guys.. i used consolidated shipping with Skynet and the parcel has already been sent out for 10 days now. Usually how long would it take to reach Malaysia? My first time using this because i prefer global direct shipping.. it always charges me lesser for the quality time it spares.. my concern is, eventhough my parcel (7 items) hasnt reached me, status shown said transaction completed. Wtf.. courier company not assisting

JD is a rival of TB... they mostly focus on local market. Local netizen give JD lots of nick name such as: 二手东 （second hand Dong), 狗东 (dog Dong) & etc. could be bad experience with JD before.
