Just wondering if anyone here encounter this problem before. Parcel delivery keep delayed. Made a call to Skynet (Sungai Besi branch)
and they gave me another phone number to call. Called the number and a man said that the driver have forgotten to take my
parcel for delivery. Then he told me my parcel will be delivered tomorrow (today). From the look in the Tracking Result page,
I thought my name and address might not be readable on the parcel so I sent them a email with my particulars. So far there's no reply from
them and the latest Tracking Result indicate there's no parcel delivery for today.

Any advice would be appreciated.




Update.

Just now received my parcel.
Although there's no update on the Tracking Result page and no notification in my email account, I'm glad
my parcel arrived safely. So, I not going to edit anything and leave it here as future reference.

I'm buying from taobao for the 1st time using TGDS. Current status is 您的包里异常。detailed status as below (according to descending time):

Departed to Hub
Collection

卖家发货

All items have been collected in central warehouse before sending to custom. What does it mean by 您的包里异常? Will the parcel still be sent to me?

PS: I've ordered some clothes, shoe and 2 usb cable. Any issue with such items with China custom?

Since it is showing collection and departed to hub, I guess your items are already in Malaysia. There is a tracking number that starts with 6000 which you can use to track on skynet website

Normally I will receive my items the second working day after it shows collection

I used to buy via consolidate method ( seller ships to our selected warehouse and we pay warehouse/courier after all items arrive )

Normally i can see on the item i want to buy the price my prefered courier charges. ( abx in this case ). Then i would know that the item can be handled via consolidate method.

Lately, after their website revamp, the most of the seller shows

If i choose overseas, that's just it, Would it still be delivered to my selected warehouse? Or i have to deal with the seller for shipment instead.

Some of my items in my cart became like that as well.
However there is one item that in my cart still like the previous 'method'

Normally how I want to know if the item can be shipped to Malaysia or not is to go to my cart, then click on 结算 and on the second page where I will see my shipping address, shipping method and also the order detail, it will list the items that can be shipped to Malaysia while those cannot be shipped will be listed at the bottom of the page.

For example, the item that cannot be shipped to Malaysia will be listed as the screenshot below

I've received my goods from skynet. When I go to taobao apps and go to 我的淘宝 >> 全部订单, I see the list of product I ordered. Should I click 确认收货 button on each product? Even if I click on this button, I was prompted for 6 digit password which I have no idea what it was and it seems like the password to make payment.

If all the items that you have ordered has no problem then you can click on 确认收货

Regarding the six digits pin, same thing happened to me. I remembered I never set it before so I click on the reset button and there I set my new pin successfully. If you are lazy to do so, you can wait for the time remaining to finish and then the money will be released to the seller automatically.

I made payment to zto on last saturday and now I am still waiting for my shipment to arrived

I tried the pin code that I can remember of and it works. So far pretty pleasant experience using direct shipping.

Is this your first time buying from taobao? Don't get addicted to it though haha

I am already addicted now. Making new purchase few days after I received the items from last order.
