An update. I got the product tracking number already.. apparently it is the tracking code with the 'box' logo haha.. anybody knows how to track a global direct shipping parcel? I have no any idea how to track it after it reaches malaysia..

Another problem is i have claimed a refund on 13th september for wrongly stated address.. i got the refund only today, but at the same time, it gets deduced away again! Rm700! What is wrong? And who should i contact?

For TGDS, you can use the tracking number provided to track on skynet website once it reached Malaysia. The tracking number is a 12 digits number and it should start with 6000.

Apparently revenue harvest is the intermediary when i used m2u.. but it happens so coincidentally that i chose visa during that time, and i dont know who should i contact.. alipay is not helping at all, keep providing number that i cannot call from malaysia.. what do i dooooooooo =,(

Let's just say I bought something using 4px as consolidate during the promotion period and assume the item arrive 2 days later after promotion period ends.

As long as you placed your order by 19 September and consolidate before 3 October, you are entitled to the promo.

There's one part in the website you provided that writes that you have to redeem the voucher on the Taobao Global App but I can't seem to get it although i follow what is written there

I think you have to redeem the voucher first and then place order and consolidate your items.

Promotion only for the first kg, for the subsequent 0.5kg, it should be following the original price.

I have never used 4px before but their review is quite good. The reason why I don't use it is because it is handled by Airpak once it reaches Malaysia and there is no Airpak hub near my place that allows me to do self collection

For WM
First kg after promotion is RMB8, subsequent 0.5kg is RMB9

For EM
First kg after promotion is RMB21, subsequent 0.5kg is RMB12

Oh well I just found out the way to redeem the voucher. The guide they provided is actually wrong lol or maybe it is correct but idk why I can't get it done by following their guide

What I did is to go to the Taobao Global App, at the top part that shows the banner, swipe to the one that shows the 4px promo, click on it and there is a yellow button (立即去领卷) directly below the banner and on the other page, click on the yellow button (立减15元) again then click get voucher and yeah I got the voucher

The voucher can only be used if the order is placed today (19 September) and item consolidate by 3 October

Just made my purchase, with few minutes to spare
So to claim to voucher I just need to select the coupon in the taobao app after consolidation is done

Main thing first, did you select 4px as your forwarder?

Normally it should auto detects the voucher but idk if it works or not in this case. Just make sure that the amount is discounted when you are making payment to 4px for shipping to Malaysia

KNN was curious the other day so used the taobao direct shipping
My god it was beyond bad, any other daigou/agent is 1000 times better

1) items were rejected for direct shipping due to oversize issues
Like wtf so many yrs of buying taobao I have never encountered such issue, the items got rejected were a computer case(well), two plushies that are 70cm tall, truly wtf
If you are used to buy taobao and got lots of stuffs, you know the size limit is a joke cause at the end of the day they will post to you via a big bag if you have multiple items.

2) hard to track
The shipping info on the page is mediocre at its best
It got worse when your items are being shipped to you from the store, unlike others who will include a shipping number, they just simple put "sending to customs", "collection at hub" and etc.
You just have no idea on what's happening.

3)EXPENSIVE, and gets more expensive easily
The rejected items of mine are required to shipped back with economy air shipping, which is double of what I've already paid, what the holy hell

4)Customer service
So much trouble with coordinating, and now it's like the third week since I put my order and I'm still dealing with the last piece of item I have ordered

Conclusion: Don't ever ever use the direct shipping, ain't cheaper and really tonnes of troubles
