I tried with one item only then it doesn't appear, but if I add a few items together to the cart, there's no issue

even after you press checkout? at the page where they ask you where to deliver the item?

KNN was curious the other day so used the taobao direct shipping
My god it was beyond bad, any other daigou/agent is 1000 times better

1) items were rejected for direct shipping due to oversize issues
Like wtf so many yrs of buying taobao I have never encountered such issue, the items got rejected were a computer case(well), two plushies that are 70cm tall, truly wtf
If you are used to buy taobao and got lots of stuffs, you know the size limit is a joke cause at the end of the day they will post to you via a big bag if you have multiple items.

2) hard to track
The shipping info on the page is mediocre at its best
It got worse when your items are being shipped to you from the store, unlike others who will include a shipping number, they just simple put "sending to customs", "collection at hub" and etc.
You just have no idea on what's happening.

3)EXPENSIVE, and gets more expensive easily
The rejected items of mine are required to shipped back with economy air shipping, which is double of what I've already paid, what the holy hell

4)Customer service
So much trouble with coordinating, and now it's like the third week since I put my order and I'm still dealing with the last piece of item I have ordered

Conclusion: Don't ever ever use the direct shipping, ain't cheaper and really tonnes of troubles
