2. direct to address (considered as consolidate shipping too right? but im able to see the total shipping cost together with items checkout page)

or

forwarders? been using sfinex back then, are they still ok to use?

my item (relative small package) is just slightly above m500+ and using official direct air shipping , and i saw that it will be charged SST. do custom actually charge SST? or it depends on luck?

however if i choose direct sea shipping, i do not see that SST

my item clear on custom on 12/7 but local partner still have no info abt it.

i think air more tight, sea (one container) so a bit lose n easier to kaotim also.

does anyone know how to get the shipping fee refund (for direct air mail) after order is cancelled?

Hi all, been a while since I’ve used official Taobao shipping (Sea), have always used 3rd parties reshipper for my stuff as it’s mostly electronics and sensitive equipment. So currently I have bought some electronics from taobao and has accidentally chosen sea freight instead of air (Wanted to save some money this time by going official shipping), and it’s been about a month and the item has currently arrived in Malaysia and handed over to ABX. How is your experience with ABX recently as a quick Google returned a lot of results with unhappy customers on lowyat complaining about ABX incompetence and generally terrible experience. But reading about the recent experiences on ABX again here and people are apparently happy with it. So how’s ABX service currently locally?

So far so good I received all my parcels safely. Sometimes there's slight delay 1-2 days of delivery from their side but it's ignorable.

So the old days where it’s super bad and was delivering packages to even the wrong post code days are over for ABX then? And has your packages always arrived on time based on Taobao’s official tracking ETA?

Judging from their branch office/delivery hub, I’d say ABX is the one of bottom of the barrel trash tier courier service. But they have been in the business for a long time, so maybe they are not so bad as new courier like Line Clear or Flash.

So far all my taobao stuff arrived safely. Usually Best Express would handle shipping in Msia, but this year suddenly change ABX. ABX dont deliver on weekend.
