And I heard Malaysian customs through sea shipments takes longer to process when compared to air shipments sweat.gif

Can add to basket, can't official ship. Electronic spare parts. So need 3rd party ship, prefer small parcel sea ship don't mind waiting long time

What happened to BEST Express?
My previous experience with them is always good, delivery is always on the next working day after the parcel arrive at their warehouse

But this time, 2 days with no movement. Anyone else had this experience with them lately?

Find another store. That's my trick
If 1 store cannot ship directly, I just look for the same item from a different store because sometimes the other store declares the item as something else so it can be shipped out directly

air shipment charging rules:

Volumetric Weight 1-20kg : No Volumetric
Volumetric Weight 21kg & Above : Half Volumetric

Personally I never engage this one.

There are certain forwarder agents also introduced actual weight sea shipment as long as the Volumetric weight - actual weight < 15 kg and within certain size. Eg https://www.xiaomayibuy.com/. Don't know is still applicable or not for this sea shipment to west malaysia

tao-post com --> This one the charging rules a bit weird. Volumetric weight is only chargeable if is 3 times of actual weight

prouter cn --> Volumetric weight is only chargeable if is 2 times of actual weight

sfinex com --> this is the one i always use. Volumetric weight - actual weight < 30 kg and within the size. However, the cso is chinese national (wechat sfinex110). She can understand a bit of English but will answer in Mandarin.

Anyone can confirm if sfinex still charges on actual weight if volumetric less than 30 kg? And what’s the size limit

Tried ectbuy, but they still charged me volumetric weight 5kg (for 1kg actual weight) even though less than 20kg.

Any forwarder recommendation for items with 1 side length slightly longer than 120cm.
Just realised my package gets oversize charges, really need check the tnc next time

I’m looking at sfinex sea shipping (google translate mostly)
What’s the difference with the 2 rates and is there an oversize fee (if package length slightly larger than 1.2m)
