Hi! May I know TMYLE is what courier? It appears Best Express telephone number and website but when I ask, Best Express said it was Lex. I can't track in Lex. I ask Taobao CS, she said it's Cainiao Malaysia but I still can't track it.

My parcel also stuck after custom clearance on the 22nd. No movement until today. Tracking is CNMYJ. J&T? 🤔 I thought my parcel had some problem so I complained to Taobao CS and they said they will expedite but still no movement. They never mention anything about holiday. Guess our parcels have to celebrate together in custom. 😭It better be safe and not lost after CNY.
