Taobao Global Direct Shipping - experiences?, The good and the bad

Hi all, been a while since I’ve used official Taobao shipping (Sea), have always used 3rd parties reshipper for my stuff as it’s mostly electronics and sensitive equipment. So currently I have bought some electronics from taobao and has accidentally chosen sea freight instead of air (Wanted to save some money this time by going official shipping), and it’s been about a month and the item has currently arrived in Malaysia and handed over to ABX. How is your experience with ABX recently as a quick Google returned a lot of results with unhappy customers on lowyat complaining about ABX incompetence and generally terrible experience. But reading about the recent experiences on ABX again here and people are apparently happy with it. So how’s ABX service currently locally?

And with PosLaju it's slower but honestly their services is probably the most complete amongst all the offered services within Malaysia. |

Interesting, just got my other package today from ABX, despite the record not showing on ABX track and trace. And my other package is still showing 'PUNCAK ALAM HUB (PAH) - Selangor Parcel Has Been Collected' So not really know when to expect my packages  |
