Taobao Global Direct Shipping - experiences?, The good and the bad

But they have been in the business for a long time, so maybe they are not so bad as new courier like Line Clear or Flash. So far all my taobao stuff arrived safely. Usually Best Express would handle shipping in Msia, but this year suddenly change ABX. ABX dont deliver on weekend. |

I discovered early this year some JnT office doesn't open on certain days - talk to their staff apparently now they no longer require their branches to open everyday. Oh yeah and get this: JnT don't do delivery on weekend, BUT the delivery hub also closed on weekend. Nobody manned their hubs on weekend. So if you happen to buy something that arrived in their delivery hub on Saturday, you can't self collect - only option is to wait until Monday morning. For me, all these courier companies are either bad or worse. I only trust Poslaju for the important stuff. |
