I ship back a laptop once using pos malaysia airmail, then it got stuck in china's customs with no explanation given and finally returned back to me after a few months. Managed to get 50% refund at least from the shop.
I'm not really sure about SF since they don't ship anything with batteries, just be sure that your china address is correct.

I'm using tgds shipping many time before...
But this particular order seem been stuck since 15/8...
What should I do? Been contact seller 2 times already but none been reply...

Me also having problem no movement return phone part since 13/8...any further advise?tq

For me that's when I get the message it's hold by customs with no reason given. I contacted pos malaysia and they also don't know know why it was being held by china customs.

You should try contact ems china to ask for further status.

Ya definitely something is wrong somewhere. Are you shipping prohibited items?
Best is to contact Taobao (not Dex-i) customer service to chase them to help you solve the problem.

The status says awaiting courier pickup but seems like taking too long.

Did u try using international tracking number to track at http://www.dex-i.com/querytracks?tracknow=new

Sea freight. And the status is same with the dex tracking.

Well the thing is that I have a couple of orders during that time that went through and arrived safely, these problematic ones just don't update.

While only 1 of the customer service managed to tell me that in fact it's already in the ship on the way to malaysia. 90% of them just follow up and say please wait and contact us again. I'm very worried and troubled with the status in system

Bulky sea shipping. Each side max 2.50m. L+W+H max 6.50m
Checked with seller already should meet the dimension.

Paid the service as bulky items and they accepted the service.

it seems your order will be arrived to Malaysia after 15 days from overseas shipping started. note that the export clearance done in 8th and arrived on 19th. mine haven't gone through kastam yet. will expect the order arrived end of this week or early next week lah, bit delayed due to raya. so i think delivery will be 3-4 weeks after overseas shipping started
