Different purchase, different delivery parcels but all sea shipping service and order for consolidated sea shipping placed same day or 1-2 days later.

Some those purchased later dates already arrived in house but these are still waiting for collection in china.

luckily after the 3rd message with seller with contents that will forward my case to taobao CS then only seller reply back saying they also don't know what happen with the order...and telling will chase the post company again tommorow...quite strange for me. if our order still under the time frame can we apply refund?


been asking the seller contact china post side to inquiry...but reply he can't do that and asking me to contact malaysia post...giving few more days and see what happen 1st....


for me last time using agent within lyn service notice board helping me to buy....quite fast and reasonable price also...less hassle. some of them also didn't apply sensitive charges for the battery...

when i direct check 21/8 already signed but till today still not signed status at taobao

how to settle this

Hi guys,

This is my second time buying from taobao. First time, the process was straight forward following online guide. But for my current purchase, the consolidation part has some 'problem'.

Usually when the items arrive at warehouse, I click on the orange button with '支付转运费' and can select all my items and checkout. But this time, one of the item have the orange button with the word '处理转运' and at the next line '开票申请'.

And that item is not on the consolidation page. So wonder if something went wrong?

Anyone can help?

Hi.. just now i tried to buy item from taobao. When I try to choose courier company there is only cainiao available. Dexi, 4px, prouter, zto is not available anymore. Is anyone experiencing the same thing or is it just me? I've been shipping exclusively with dexi before this

dex-i was available yesterday but not today. Has been using dex-i most of the time

currently only left ZTO (air), official sea shipping, and lazada sea shipping

Weird.. mine only cainiao available for air,land and sea..

Thanks for pointing that.. i only see the logo lol.. 2 week ago i use zto they took 7 days from warehouse in china to malaysian custom clearance.. during that time i ask customer service 3 times what local courier will handle my parcel since my tracking number start with z.. i got 3 different answer lol.. 1st skynet, 2nd gdex, 3rd the person said there is no way to find out which courier will take over before courier pick up..

Dex-i announced that they will not be doing consolidate service anymore.

yes its a shame, i liked the way the pack the items.

Probably gonna use back ZTO or considered trying other 3rd party consolidate services

according to them, everything ordered b4 24th Aug 5pm will still be processed as usual and received by them and the new one will be handled by others

now no more option and your only choice is cainiao for using air shipment.
