luckily after the 3rd message with seller with contents that will forward my case to taobao CS then only seller reply back saying they also don't know what happen with the order...and telling will chase the post company again tommorow...quite strange for me. if our order still under the time frame can we apply refund?

You should try contact ems china to ask for further status.
been asking the seller contact china post side to inquiry...but reply he can't do that and asking me to contact malaysia post...giving few more days and see what happen 1st....
