this is what happened to my parcel till today. I'm using shipping with DEX-i

Parcel 1
2018-Aug-08Wed.17:43:23【大陆】仓库开始拣货
18:26:12【大陆】包裹准备出库。
19:37:49【大陆】包裹已出库
19:48:17【跨境】您的包裹从集运仓发出，开始发往目的地
2018-Aug-09Thur.16:04:00【跨境】您的包裹出口清关中，如物流信息较长时间未更新，建议咨询快递公司。


Parcel 2
2018-Aug-08Wed.17:37:35包裹正在等待揽收，如快递长时候未揽收建议咨询卖家或者快递公司。

So and so. contacted the customer service they started giving reasons like
1. please contact us to check again in the evening
2. please contact us to check again in the morning
3. please contact us to check again tomorrow
4. please contact us to check again 1-2 days later
5. please contact us to check again 3-4 days later.
6. please contact us to check again, system breakdown unable to update status


and so. it sounds not too right to me. has anyone experienced this before? Thank you all sifus..

Sea freight. And the status is same with the dex tracking.

Well the thing is that I have a couple of orders during that time that went through and arrived safely, these problematic ones just don't update.

While only 1 of the customer service managed to tell me that in fact it's already in the ship on the way to malaysia. 90% of them just follow up and say please wait and contact us again. I'm very worried and troubled with the status in system

Bulky sea shipping. Each side max 2.50m. L+W+H max 6.50m
Checked with seller already should meet the dimension.

Paid the service as bulky items and they accepted the service.

But other order already reach wor.. Same time order..

Different purchase, different delivery parcels but all sea shipping service and order for consolidated sea shipping placed same day or 1-2 days later.

Some those purchased later dates already arrived in house but these are still waiting for collection in china.
