Thx again. During this time i am not able to track the status right? Meaning by uisng skynet web tracking. Until it clered by customs mas...? Becoz i tried to track but no record found. :-)

Yes, need to pass Malaysia custom clearance first, then only Skynet will pick up your item and also reflect on Skynet tracking site.

Oic. Pas 2 days i received an automatic cal from this fon number +8816431151212 mentioned ini adalah kastam malaysia. Anda ada satu message sila tekan 9 untuk bercakap dengan operator. I dare not press 9 as i suspect it may b scam cal. After that i called customs mas ..they mentioned yes they also receive same complain. Ask me to do aduan. Anyone experience this??

This is the standard modus operandi used by scammers these day.I received call from Maybank / police then have to press 9 / 0 to speak with their ‘officer’.

my TGDS parcel from 12/12 MIA in customs for 5 days now, no sign in GDex yet

I thought TGDS normally handled by Skynet locally?

its GDex for me, i think skynet is one of the consolidator

From there, look for "国际配送单号：" and below that is your code.

For my case... I choose 秀驿物流 and their partner in M'sia is Skynet, once I have tracking number inside "国际配送单号, I follow-up as in Skynet tracking page.

I got 1 item refund by seller but i check the progress until today the refund is not yet completed, any idea who can i contact on this? The refund process start on 17th December.
